Bristol are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Young Adults Transitions Team, formerly Preparing for Adulthood Team (PFA).

They require a skilled Social Worker with experience in completing Care Act Assessments and experience of Liquid Logic Adult System (LAS). We would prefer experience in working with young people in the transition to adult services.

Hybrid working - mixed split of WFH and at Temple Street.
Approximately 6 month assignment

Person Specification -Social work qualification. Must be registered with SWE
Personal Attributes Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
You must also be a car driver with access to own transport.

The successful applicant will be undertaking reviews for people between 18-25 years, liaising with education and providers, some S42 work.

• Caseload expectation? approximately 15-20 for full-time
