As a Soft Landscaper/Garden Maintenance at Gadd Brothers, you will play a key role in working on a variety of projects, from small gardens to large-scale designer led projects. Installing all planting from perennials in P9s through to large specimen trees and preparation of soft landscaping elements, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard. There will also be opportunities to work on RHS show gardens, as part of the Gadd Brothers team.

Responsibilities:

Plant Installation Garden maintenance tasks Soft landscaping preparation Mulching and turf care Seasonal work Collaborate with the team to execute designs according to project plans and client specifications. Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely and on schedule. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Essential Skills:

Proven experience in landscaping, with expertise in soft landscaping. Knowledge of plant species and their care requirements. Proficiency in using gardening tools and machinery. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Attention to detail, with a basic understanding of landscaping principles and techniques. Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable, self-motivated and a team player, with excellent communication skills. 3+ years of experience in a similar role. A valid driver's license.

Desired Skills:

Qualification in horticulture, landscaping or a related field. Ability to read and work from landscaping plans and CAD drawings. Knowledge of large tree planting.
