Cheeky Chimps Soft Play and Cafe are looking for a candidate who can effectively run a busy, fast paced servery. This will involve making and serving drinks, serving food, ensuring the work space is clean and tidy. Maintaining our high standards of cleaning and safety.We are seeking a fun, hard working individual to join our team in a bustling hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and satisfaction.

This role also covers our party hosts, ensuring our party guests are experiencing a fun and relaxed party atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Handle cash and card transactions at the till

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness

- Provide information on menu items

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

- Have the confidence to enforce our policies in a firm but friendly manner

- Using own initiative to carry out the work day

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation or hospitality is advantageous

- Knowledge of food safety practices is desirable

- Familiarity with bar tending or restaurant operations is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong customer service skills

- Willingness to assist in catering events when needed

This role requires availability throughout the week, please only apply if you are able to commit to weekdays along with weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
