Role will include but not limited too.
Supervising and monitoring our award winning, 4 level soft play area, Ability to approach customers and children to check wristbands and session times Health and Safety checks of the structure, Maintaining excellent cleaning standards within the structure and soft play seating areas. Maintaining and monitoring of whole soft play area, to ensure customers have a fantastic experience. Interacting with all customers providing excellence in customer service Potential progression within the company Be able to follow company policy and procedures and implement and monitor.
To be a success in this role you will need
Weekend Work, with possible availability during weekdays Confident, Outgoing and Self Motivated Passion for customer service Excellent team player Hardworking and confident Flexible and adaptable to all situations Pride in your work and service levels. Excellent communicator
