We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Soft Play & Party Host to create memorable experiences for guests at our Sports Parks and celebrations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management and hospitality skills, ensuring that guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and engaged throughout their visit. Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures Manage event activities, ensuring smooth flow and timely execution of scheduled programmes Coordinate with team members to organise entertainment, catering, and other event elements Working on the onsite Cafe during buy periods to serve customers Attend to guest needs promptly, providing exceptional hospitality and guest services Oversee the organisation of party activities, games, or entertainment to ensure guest enjoyment Handle any issues or concerns raised by guests with professionalism and discretion Maintain a clean and organised event space, adhering to health and safety standards Assist in setting up and packing down event areas before and after functions

Requirements

Proven experience in management, hospitality, Cafe work or guest services roles is desirable Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during holiday periods as required A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate guest needs and respond appropriately Previous experience in managing events or parties is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
