RASCAL RANCH - CHILDRENS SOFTPLAY

Due to significant growth we are now expanding to Market Harborough!, We are hiring an experienced and energetic soft play team leader with proven leadership skills to join our fantastic team.

This is a full time and a part time position offering an excellent basic salary.
The Rascal Ranch is open Mon-Sunday 10:00-18:00, Hours of work will be Full time and will include weekend`s and the occasional evening. We do not require you to work split shifts.

Part time hours will vary from 24 hours - 32 hours

We are hiring an experienced and energetic Front of house team leader with proven leadership skills to join our fantastic team.

Within the Rascal Ranch Cafe all our food is made to order, we offer a range of cooked sandwiches, hot food and daily specials to run alongside our menu

The right candidate has proven managerial hospitality experience in a similar role; they enjoy leading a team in a very efficient manner with excellent customer service skills, the suitable candidate has skills in team leading and time management which lead to excellent team productivity.

We want to hear from you if you can bring ideas, leadership, creativity, enthusiasm and energy to our already lively and busy Cafe and soft play.

The role requires you to take responsibility for the front of house at all times in line with the company guidelines. This includes managing our team in the indoor soft play area and children's party's.

The role requires you to assist our soft play Manager in the running of the soft play area, which can be anything from checking our guests in, taking orders on the till, preparing and running coffee and drinks to tables, helping host children's parties, to cleaning the play frame itself. There may also be times where you are required to help our team in the cafe.
