A fantastic Opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Soft Services Manager, who will work at our client's prestigious site.


Duties

of a Soft Services Manager:


Fully understand Specification and implement on site Understand KPI/SLA's and ensure targets are met monthly Managing third party suppliers for Industrial Cleaning, Pest, Landscaping and Winter Services Manage all budgets, hours, consumables, uniform, stationary Utilise approved tools to manage budgets and consumables e.g. budget tracker, Bunzl order form, Helpdesk Full responsibility for all compliance- Health & Safety, Training, Inductions, PAT testing etc to ensure fully up to date Building relationships with Client and sub-contractors (regular communication/updates) Create and maintain schedules for staff and procedures associated with soft services delivery and completion. Act as front-line trouble shooters in anticipating and identifying potential problems and acting quickly to resolve them Proactively deliver solutions to meet client expectations

Job role requirements:




Previous experience in a similar role Excellent customer service Effective communication skills using multiple approaches to effectively manage staff and site issues Gets things done, well organised, prioritises and plans on how to achieve results Works collaboratively with others, involving and encouraging other team members
