Key Responsibilities



Lead the architectural design of complex software solutions for large-scale warehouse automation projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and clients, to define software requirements and ensure successful delivery. Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring scalability, security, and performance standards are met. Oversee the technical direction of multiple software projects, providing mentorship to development teams. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and deployment strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within our software solutions. Engage in solution design and technical discussions with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.

Skills & Experience



Proven experience as a Software Architect or a senior-level Software Engineer with a strong desire to move into an architectural role. Extensive experience in software design and development, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or automation sectors. Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., C++, Java,) and software development frameworks. Excellent understanding of system architecture Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analise complex systems and processes. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working within Agile development environments is highly desirable.
