About your role

We are looking for a technically-minded, self-motivated graduate to join our team as a Software & Automation Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to be embedded at the intersection of operations, technology, and innovation within a high-growth fulfilment business. The core purpose of this role is to automate and streamline operational processes by building and maintaining API integrations across key platforms (including Mintsoft, Slack, Zendesk, Gmail, and Google Workspace). You will design and deliver lightweight applications, workflow automations, and alerting systems that directly enhance speed, accuracy, and service performance. This role also contributes to the foundational work behind our future technology ambitions. In 2026, we plan to launch a proprietary, client-facing value-added services (VAS) platform--integrating best-in-breed tools into a single experience layer that supports funding, reporting, courier analytics, and customer support. Your work will play a direct role in preparing for this platform's architecture and functionality. You will report to the CEO and work closely with our Operations Solutions, Customer Care, and Fulfilment Centre teams. You will also have technical mentoring support from our Chair and an experienced technology investor. However, success in this role will depend on your ability to work proactively, solve problems independently, and continuously learn through experimentation and AI-assisted development.
