The Opportunity
To accelerate the growth of Verco's software products, we are seeking a
Software Commercial Manager
to develop and deliver a compelling commercial strategy for our platforms.
This role focuses on business development--building a strong pipeline of new prospects across our core sectors and expanding into adjacent markets. You will work closely with the Product team, commercial leads and senior management to ensure alignment between client needs, platform development and market opportunity.
This is a high-impact role for someone who brings expertise in SaaS go-to-market strategy, strong commercial acumen and a passion for enabling the transition to net zero.
How You Will Contribute
Go-to-Market Strategy
Refine and evolve our go-to-market strategy for MyVerco and associated wrapper solutions.
Develop a delivery plan aligned with the product roadmap, client needs and integrated consulting services.
Position the platform to deliver a compelling value proposition across our target sectors.
Business Development
Deliver against the existing sales pipeline and build new prospects through proactive outreach.
Engage directly with potential clients, supported by market experts and account managers.
Grow a strong and sustainable prospect pipeline aligned with business projections.
External Representation & Market Positioning
Serve as an external champion for the platform through networking, events and marketing activity.
Clearly articulate the platform's value proposition and its role in enabling net zero delivery.
Strategic Product Input
Provide market insights and client feedback to guide product development.
Contribute to the refinement of wrapper services and evolution of platform capabilities.

Essential Experience & Capabilities
Strong track record in
