Our client, a leading technology group who specialise in road safety and Civil Security are looking for a software developer to join their growing team.
Duties
- Development of embedded software under Linux based on C++ & Python
- Integration and testing of the software on the CI/CD system (Jenkins) and the target hardware
- Intensive communication with teammates and other departments
- Participation in the system architecture and integration of new functions in our products.
- Integration and maintenance of 3rd party software
- Completed degree in computer science, mathematics, natural sciences or engineering or something comparable (e.g. training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) in connection with relevant professional experience)
- Strong team skills, very good communication skills, independence, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Knowledge and experience with C++ & Python, preferably in an embedded system.
- Knowledge and experience with Linux and Windows (MS Office)
- Structured, goal-oriented and careful way of working and willingness to learn
- Experience with modern development tools such as GIT, CMake, and Jenkins.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira & Confluence is desirable
