We are a dynamic and innovative company, located in London Docklands, providing predictive technology and AI solutions to the energy sector. Our market is global and we specialise in energy data management and demand forecasting for power and utility multinationals in electricity, gas and renewable generation markets.

We have an immediate vacancy for a bright and enthusiastic graduate or experienced software developer to join our systems team. You will be involved in writing the code for new modules and the maintenance of existing code within our platform, Nominator. We will provide you with the product training, project framework and sector knowledge. We offer hybrid working, but you must have the capacity and equipment to work remotely. Key responsibilities

:

Iterate on existing features and mechanics within our systems

Work with Senior developers and gain in-depth knowledge of development best practices.

Help analyse/profile existing projects and improve upon them

Fixing day to day issues / bugs within the code

Essentials



Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject (CompSci, Maths, Physics, etc.)

At least 2 years of commercial backend development experience with .NET in C#

Experience with SQL

Knowledge of application design principles; e.g. SOLID

Keen to learn new technologies

Can work well independently or within a team

Keen on problem solving

Desirables



Understanding of web application development in Blazor

Understanding of API frameworks written in .NET

Understanding of Docker

Front-end experience
