About the Role



The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our ERP software systems, working with technologies including VB.Net, C#, SQL, Python, PHP and Java, and bringing valuable experience with software models, system architecture, and infrastructure. Experience with full stack development will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain new modules and applications using languages such as VB.Net, C#, SQL, Python, PHP and Java. Design, code, test, and deploy new features or enhancements to existing modules for Windows-based platforms. Build and refine user interfaces using frameworks such as WinForms, focusing on usability and consistency. Customise and extend software functionalities to meet evolving business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and functional specifications. Develop integration services between ERP and third-party systems (e.g. CRM, eCommerce platforms). Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to interact with backend database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL), ensuring data integrity and performance for transactional operations. Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business analysts, to deploy solutions and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting. Maintain clear and concise technical documentation, including design notes, flowcharts, changelogs, and user guides to support maintainability and knowledge transfer. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's best practices.

Skills & Experience Required



Minimum 3+ years of software development experience with multiple programming languages. Proficient in SQL and relational databases; able to write complex queries and stored procedures. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data formats like XML/JSON. Knowledge of software architecture and infrastructure design. Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis. Exposure to Agile development and version control (e.g., Git). Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, AWS, Azure) is nice to hve Experience deploying and updating desktop applications in production.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) is nice to have
Understanding of ERP modules (finance, logistics, inventory, manufacturing) is nice to have Experience with full stack development (JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs) is nice to have
