Summary of the role:
Senior Software Developer with a mind for problem solving and finding solutions to real world problems. Working within a development and delivery team you will be a senior figure in the team, working to support and develop an existing flagship business critical product.
Key Skills:
- Extensive and recent coding experience with Delphi.
- Proficiency in working with MySQL or equivalent databases.
- Comfortable using Git, Jira (or similar issue tracking software), and Confluence (or similar wiki software).
- Agile mindset and ability to thrive in collaborative teams.
- Guide and mentor other team members through technical challenges and code reviews.
Approx \xc2\xa345,000 - \xc2\xa350,000 plus 10% bonus (consistent), 10% - 17% pension, BUPA family health care, 26 days annual leave + flexitime & time in lieu.
Comprehensive training and development
Hybrid role with an office presence required once a week in Leicester or Poole offices.
