The Role

We're seeking a talented

Software Developer

to join our team and contribute to exciting bespoke projects from day one. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your ideas matter, developing custom solutions that make a real difference to our clients' businesses. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, JavaScript, and modern frameworks Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with ReactJS and work with MySQL databases Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions Participate in the full development lifecycle from conception to ongoing support Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews Contribute to technical decisions and help shape our development practices Work on diverse projects including CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, mobile applications and API integrations

Essential Skills

1-2 years (or more) commercial experience

with PHP and JavaScript (or strong self-taught/freelance background) Solid experience with

ReactJS

and modern frontend development Knowledge of

MySQL

and database design principles Proficiency with

Git

and version control workflows Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for client collaboration

Desirable Skills

Experience with

AWS

cloud services and deployment

React Native

for mobile app development

Next.js

framework knowledge Laravel or similar PHP framework experience API development and third-party integrations Understanding of modern development practices and testing

28,000-34,000

(dependent on experience)
