As a

Tech Lead - Full Stack

, you'll be the backbone of our engineering team, driving innovation, mentoring developers, and delivering high-impact solutions. You'll make key technical decisions, ensure best practices, and turn complex challenges into seamless software.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading a Squad

- Guide a team of 4-6 developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.

Driving Technical Strategy

- Architect, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Mentoring & Coaching

- Conduct 1:1s, provide support, and encourage continuous growth.

Balancing Hands-On & Leadership

- Code when needed while setting clear goals and expectations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work with Squad Managers to ensure smooth, high-quality deliveries.

Shaping the Team

- Play a key role in hiring and building a high-performing development squad.

What We're Looking For

A Strong Technical Lead

- Deep expertise in C#/.NET or JavaScript/React, with full-stack experience.

A Mentor & Motivator

- Able to inspire and elevate a technical team.

A Problem Solver

- Comfortable tackling complex challenges and driving solutions.

An Agile Champion

- Experienced with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices.

A Cloud Enthusiast

- Familiar with Azure and modern cloud-based development.

Bonus Points If You Have

CI/CD Mastery

- Experience with Azure DevOps and automated pipelines.

- Familiarity with Bicep and infrastructure-as-code principles.

TypeScript Skills
