Method Resourcing has teamed up with a leading e-commerce brand on an exciting venture. With a solid reputation in the industry, they\'re undergoing a huge digital transformation which will undergo building all of their platforms from scratch. Therefore, they\'re on the lookout for a Software Development Manager to steer this transformation and liaise closely with the Head of Engineering in the Web space of the business.

The role:

As the Web Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development of web software applications. Your role will involve leading a team of developers, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality web solutions.

The skills we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a web software development manager or similar role, such as a Team Lead or Principle Software Developer, ready for a next step with a track record of successfully leading and delivering web software projects.
• Excellent leadership and management skills to guide and motivate their development team.
• Extensive understanding of software development and the SDLC.
• Experience in agile methodologies, preferably scrum.
• Strong technical expertise in web development technologies, such as JavaScript, and experience with various modern web development frameworks and platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Desirable technical experience would be Vue and Nuxt.
