We're looking for a Development Manager who is as passionate about leading people as they are about building world-class Salesforce solutions.

The Role: Leadership Meets Innovation

This isn't just about managing tickets; it's about shaping our technical future. You'll lead a talented cross-functional team of Developers, Admins, BAs, and QAs, overseeing the delivery of high-value solutions across our ecosystem including Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and OmniStudio.


Beyond the technical, you'll act as the Scrum Master for the team, championing Agile principles and ensuring our modern way of working stays efficient, collaborative and rewarding.

What You'll Bring

Salesforce Expertise:

Strong experience in both declarative and programmatic development, specifically with OmniStudio and Financial Services Cloud.

Leadership Heart:

A proven track record of mentoring technical teams and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Agile Mindset:

You're comfortable facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and keeping sprints on track.

Strategic Communication:

You can bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value for stakeholders. (French speaking is a plus!)
