Cell therapies have been shown to cure devasting and previously untreatable diseases like cancer by re-programming the patient's own immune system. Giving more patients access to these life-saving therapies requires a revolution in manufacturing and process automation.
Cellular Origins, a TTP Company, is enabling scalable, cost-effective and efficient manufacture of cell and gene therapies. Our technology addresses the challenges associated with manufacturing at scale with an elegant robotic manufacturing automation solution that reduces cost and labour, eliminates human error, and increases efficiency.
You will work under the guidance of Senior Engineers to help develop, test, and maintain software modules for our cell and gene therapy automation systems. This includes embedded/application interfaces with control systems and in-house machines, software services for manufacturing operations, coordination as well as execution planning and management, as well as interfacing to LIMS, ERP/MES. You'll have opportunities to get hands-on the entire automation stack and to grow your skills through pair programming, agile development practices, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Deliver software and control system modules under the guidance of workstream leads and senior engineers.
Participate in agile sprints, proactively delivering tasks and updates to the software team.
Collaborate with software leads to define and implement tasks that meet system and software requirements.
Conduct software testing, verification, and validation, including integration with target hardware or cell-processing equipment.
Support documentation and quality activities under mentorship.
Contribute to code reviews and pair programming to improve team learning and output.
