We have a fantastic opportunity for multiple Software Engineers to join our growing IT ecommerce team at an incredibly exciting time!
As a Developer within the Online IT team, you will be working with an experienced group of technical people for a variety of stakeholders. You will be predominantly focussed on supporting aspects of the online business across Iceland's portfolio of websites, particularly on the recently launched headless storefront centred around React and Salesforce PWAKit.
It is a varied job that covers creating new features, building components our customers can interact with, A/B tests, campaign support, platform developments for the Iceland.co.uk site, creating tools, and some developments to complement our mobile apps.
While largely focused around supporting our Ecommerce site, there are opportunities to work with other projects and technologies, including exposure to the SalesForce Force.com and Service Cloud platform, and our Cloud Operations function.
Skills
Work within a multi-disciplined team to deliver new enhancements and features
Implementing improvements that support day-to-day Ecommerce trade
Setup of A/B test campaigns and implement successful changes in core code base
Development of microservices / campaign toolkits
Development of our portfolio of non-transactional sites
Features / bug fixes for our Commerce Cloud sites and apps
Contributing to planning, solution design, retrospectives and reviews

Specialised Skills

Any experience with Cloud computing, AWS, GCP, Azure
