Are you ready to take the lead on building something new -- from the ground up?

We're looking for a self-starting Software Engineer who thrives on creating, problem-solving, and delivering elegant, scalable solutions.

We're developing a case management application, an innovative web platform that will transform how care services are managed and delivered. You'll work closely with our external consultant during the build phase, before taking full ownership of the system -- shaping its future, driving improvements, and embedding best practice across our growing tech landscape.

This is a chance to take ownership of a major project, not just maintain one.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and deliver secure, high-performance applications using C#, .NET (Core/6+), and Azure. Develop and optimise APIs and microservices to ensure scalability and seamless integration. Create modern, responsive front-end interfaces with Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, and CSS3. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, embedding automation and reliability. Shape our software architecture and guide technical standards across the business. Collaborate with colleagues to translate real-world needs into technical excellence.

What You'll Bring

5+ years' experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer with strong C# / .NET Core expertise. Solid knowledge of Azure (App Services, Functions, SQL, Blob Storage) and Vue.js 3. Skilled in SQL database design and optimisation. Familiarity with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices. A proactive mindset -- you take initiative, solve problems, and make things happen.
