Craft Prospect is seeking a graduate software engineer to support ongoing space projects and the development of onboard software for satellite missions. You will work as part of a dynamic engineering team to deliver intelligence and automation into small satellite missions, leveraging AI and advanced data processing methods.

Prerequisites :
Degree level qualification in software engineering related subject
Experience of Python programming and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow etc)
Proven ability for problem solving and a positive team player
Responsibilities :
Development of autonomy enabling software for small satellite systems
Development of embedded software and deployment of machine learning models
Development of in-house machine learning models, training pipelines and validation methods
Support company development of complex mission payloads
Support flight and ground segment mission operations
Engage with customers to understand needs and solutions
Customer and industry engagement, including conference presentations
Preferred :
Ability to code C/C++/Python to industry standards
Able to show clear understanding of coding practices for critical systems
Able to show leadership potential and responsibility for delivery
