About the team




The mission of the team is to safeguard and enhance the reliability, security, and usability of Red Sift's Identity and Access Management (IAM) and platform front-end systems. We ensure seamless, secure user experiences while maintaining robust access controls, empowering teams to innovate confidently on a trusted foundation.

About the role




We are seeking a talented Software Engineer who prioritizes product and user experience. The ideal candidate understands that effective code is simple, maintainable, and gets the job done efficiently.


In this role, you will contribute to diverse projects, operationalizing admin procedures to empower users and internal teams, and optimizing internal platform services like authentication and subscription management for peak performance and stability. Your responsibilities will be varied and impactful, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment.


A fundamental aspect of this position is the design and construction of robust, scalable, and high-performing code. You will be instrumental in building the platform that opens the door to all our current and future cybersecurity products.

You are a collaborative Software Engineer with proven professional experience in

Javascript/Typescript

,

React

, and

Node.JS

, you possess a strong understanding of API design, consumption, and client-side logic.


You are proficient in writing unit and integration tests and have experience with

NoSQL

databases like Mongo and version control systems such as

Git

. With excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, you demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.


You have experience in cloud platforms, deployment processes, and

OAuth

-like flows. Ideally with experience integrating

LLM

providers.


You thrive in a team environment, effectively communicating and contributing independently when needed.

You are excited about

AI

and are already integrating AI tools into your daily process.

Location




Barcelona or London would be ideal but we would be happy to accommodate fully-remote working arrangements in locations with similar time zones.
