The Role:



As a Software Engineer with an AI and Automation focus, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining smart systems that integrate artificial intelligence, machine learning, and co-pilot agent functionality across our operations. You'll play a key role in identifying inefficiencies, automating manual processes, and developing custom tools that drive business growth and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:



Designing and implementing AI-driven systems, task automation, and intelligent process solutions across multiple departments. Developing and deploying co-pilot agents and internal tools to support estimating, client communications, and workflow efficiency. Integrating APIs and automating data flows between internal and external systems. Collaborating with leadership to identify business challenges and engineer smart, scalable solutions. Maintaining, testing, and improving existing systems for reliability, speed, and user experience. Staying up to date with the latest developments in AI, LLMs, and automation frameworks. Taking ownership of projects and contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with Co-Pilot studio & custom agent development Data Strategy & Governance Process improvement and feedback loops AI Teaching / Education

Key Attributes:



Proven experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, or AI Specialist. Strong understanding of AI models, APIs, and automation tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#. Experience with data processing, APIs, or cloud-based automation (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and deliver results. Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate, Make, or custom scripting).
