Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Software Engineer. The ideal candidate will be working alongside with the Lead Developer and responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients.

This role requires Programming experience and understanding of Javascript, Typescript and Javascript frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js. Training can be provided to the right candidate.

Experience Required: 1 - 3 years

Sponsorship can be offered to the right candidate

Training can be provided to the right candidate who has passion to learn and contribute

Please note that this is a full time role and you need to be onsite - Monday to Friday in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Preference will be given to the candidate who is willing to relocate to Sevenoaks

Duties

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using languages such as Javascript, Typescript, HTML5,CSS3 Write clean, scalable code and conduct peer reviews to ensure code quality. Integrate APIs and third-party services into existing applications. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimise performance. Context Switching across multiple projects Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Skills

Proficiency in programming languages JavaScript, Typescript, Python Understanding of Javascript Frameworks such as React, Angular,Vue Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Some understanding of SQL for database management. Familiarity with version control systems - Git Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team in a collaborative environment.
