We are creating a brand-new opportunity for a

Full Stack Developer

to join our growing team. This is an exciting role for someone who has

gained solid experience working as part of a larger development team

and is now looking to take the

into a position with more responsibility, ownership, and variety.

The ideal candidate will be

confident in designing

,

developing

, and

maintaining modern web applications

, with expertise across

both back-end

and

front-end development

. This role involves integrations, PDF processing, cloud platforms, self-hosted environments, and managing secure

customer-facing applications and portals

.

Key Responsibilities



Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications. Work with

MS SQL and MySQL databases

, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. Develop and maintain applications using

ColdFusion / CFML (including Lucee)

and

Node.js

. Deploy and manage web applications on

AWS

and/or

Azure

. Handle

self-hosting on Linux

environments, including troubleshooting and performance optimization. Deliver and maintain secure and reliable

integrations

with third-party systems and APIs. Build, maintain, and optimize

PDF processing workflows

(generation, parsing, conversions, and integrations). Lead on

front-end development

, including responsive website design, user experience optimization, and

CSS styling

. Oversee

website and portal management

, ensuring performance, accessibility, and security. Manage and enhance

customer-facing applications and portals

, ensuring a seamless, secure, and user-friendly experience. Implement and maintain

secure coding practices

and web application security standards (OWASP, SSL/TLS, authentication, etc.). Adapt quickly to

changing priorities and mid-point project adjustments

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

Essential Skills & Experience



Minimum of

2 years' professional experience

working as a

Full Stack Developer

involving

both front-end

and

back-end development

. Proficiency in

ColdFusion (CFML)

and/or

Lucee

. Solid development experience with

Node.js

. Strong experience with

MS SQL Server

. Experience with

front-end development

(HTML, JavaScript, CSS3, responsive design). Comfort with

Linux server administration

for self-hosted solutions. Hands-on experience with

AWS and/or Azure

web application deployment Strong knowledge of

web security practices

and secure application development.

Desirable Skills



Proven ability in

website and portal management

. Experience with

customer-facing applications

and user journey optimization. Experience with

PDF processing

(libraries, APIs, and automation). Experience building and managing

integrations

(REST/SOAP APIs, web services, etc.). Solid understanding of

modern web technologies, version control (Git), and CI/CD processes

. Ability to work

flexibly in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Awareness of

UI/UX design principles



Knowledge of

accessibility standards (WCAG)

Experience working in

agile or rapid-delivery environments

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday



Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum (DOE - dependent on experience)
