At Leftshift, we're pioneering the future of business technology with the world's first AI-first Agentic Business Platform. Our platform provides a single, intelligent, conversational interface that orchestrates all your business tools and processes, fundamentally changing how organizations interact with software. You simply state your goal in plain English, and our central AI agent understands your intent, orchestrates the necessary tools, and delivers the result.
We're an award-winning company, recognized as the winner of the prestigious Agentplex AI Agents Global Challenge, working with enterprise clients to deliver transformative AI solutions. Our culture thrives on innovation, collaboration, and the belief that the best solutions come from teams that aren't afraid to get their hands dirty - whether that's diving deep into complex algorithms or literally building the infrastructure that powers our platform.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer at Leftshift. You'll be joining a dynamic team that takes "full stack" to the next level - where full stack doesn't end at software but includes building the machines and even getting out the saws to build custom server racks. As a Software Engineer, you'll contribute to developing and maintaining our AI-first business platform, working across our five key pillars: conversational AI agents, visual process mapping, intelligent analytics, AI-optimized workflows, and collaborative optimization systems.
You'll be involved in everything from developing sophisticated AI algorithms and reinforcement learning systems to hands-on infrastructure work, embodying our philosophy that great software engineers understand the entire technology stack from silicon to user interface. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving complex problems, enjoys learning new technologies, and wants to be part of a team that's redefining what's possible in enterprise AI.
