Synapri are partnering with a leading streaming and data powerhouse in the gaming and betting industry, who are looking to appoint a Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing in-house and partner engineering teams in a forward-thinking, tech-first organisation.


You'll take ownership of established Java and .NET teams, combining hands-on technical credibility with strategic leadership to shape solutions that directly support the company's mission of building world-class, real-time digital platforms.

Role responsibilities:


Lead, mentor and inspire cross-functional Java and .NET teams to deliver high-quality software Provide technical oversight and step into the codebase when needed to guide development or solve challenges Collaborate with architects to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions Drive Agile ways of working and champion SAFe adoption across teams Build strong relationships with product, architecture, and external stakeholders Communicate strategy, delivery progress and technical direction with confidence and clarity
