About the Role



This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of embedded software development in a technically stimulating environment. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting embedded software and firmware solutions, working across a diverse product portfolio with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and real-time operation.

Key Responsibilities



Design, develop, and test embedded software and firmware for microcontrollers, processors, and programmable logic devices.

Implement low-level drivers, real-time control logic, and communication protocols.

Write high-quality, maintainable code in C and C++.

Engage in system architecture design and requirements analysis.

Perform debugging and resolve hardware/software integration challenges.

Support secure firmware update mechanisms and bootloader development.

Participate in unit, integration, and system-level testing.

Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams, including Hardware, Systems, QA, and Product Engineering.

About You



Essential:



Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline.

Proven experience in embedded software and firmware development.

Strong proficiency in C/C++ and familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) or bare-metal development.

Experience working with digital interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).

Confident using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analysers.

Familiar with Git or other version control systems.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Desirable:



Exposure to safety-critical software standards (e.g. DO-178C, ISO 26262, IEC 61508).

Experience with FPGA or low-level hardware programming.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Pay: 50,000.00-70,000.00 per year
