What you'll do
Customer Engagement:
Working with our existing server based customers and helping transition to the cloud.
Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of alternative products and their benefits.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the sales process.
Consultative Selling:
Engage in consultative conversations with clients to uncover their pain points and business objectives.
Propose innovative and customised solutions to address client needs.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success and Marketing, to align offerings with client expectations and effectively identify opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to share insights and contribute to overall sales strategy.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system (Hubspot).
Provide regular analysis of sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
What you will bring with you
Experience in a SAAS environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Scientific approach to sales; data driven and technically adept in understanding software solutions
