The Role



As a Software Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be on the frontline of our growth story.

Your mission: connect with businesses, spark their interest in Evalu-8, and book product demos for our sales team. You'll be the friendly voice that turns curiosity into conversation and conversations into opportunities.

What You'll Do



Engage UK businesses via phone, email, and social media to introduce them to Evalu-8. Identify potential customers and qualify leads with confidence and enthusiasm. Present our software as the must-have solution for HR and Health & Safety management. Schedule online demos and hand over warm, qualified leads to the sales team. Keep the CRM up to date with your pipeline progress and follow-ups.

What We're Looking For



You're confident, articulate, and love a good conversation especially over the phone. Experience in sales or customer service is great, but attitude and drive matter most. You're goal-oriented, resilient, and thrive on smashing targets. You're organised, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team. You want to build a career in SaaS sales and grow with a company that's going places.

Full-time (Part-time options considered)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, on-site at the Earl Business Centre, Oldham

Additional Pay:

Commission, bonus, and yearly performance incentives
