The Role

As our

Software Support & Development Specialist

, you'll be the go-to expert for our Aptean ProWMS system. From keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly to driving forward system improvements, you'll play a crucial role in helping us deliver excellence across our logistics and warehousing network.

You'll work closely with IT, operations, and external partners to:

Support and troubleshoot Aptean ProWMS, ensuring minimal downtime. Develop and customise system features to boost efficiency. Manage upgrades, testing, and rollouts. Create smart solutions that integrate ProWMS with other key systems. Share knowledge through documentation, training, and user support.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience with

Aptean ProWMS

(support, development, or administration). Strong SQL and reporting skills to solve problems and build solutions. A background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments. A knack for turning technical issues into easy-to-understand fixes. Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for making systems better.
Bonus points if you have:

Experience with APIs, EDI, or system integrations. Knowledge of other ERP/WMS platforms. Project or process improvement experience.
