Telephone Sales & Account Executive (Property / Lettings, Mayfair Office)

Central London (Mayfair Office) -- Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We're seeking a driven and confident Telephone Sales & Account Executive to join a growing property and lettings team based in Mayfair.

You'll be the first point of contact for incoming landlord and tenant enquiries, managing calls, setting up appointments, and closing new business opportunities with partner agents.

This is a fast-paced, high-reward sales role suited to a natural closer who thrives on results, structured calls, and turning warm leads into signed deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls from landlords, agents, and tenants. Book demo appointments via Calendly and follow up on leads. Explain our property management and lettings platform to agents (full training provided). Close tenant placements through virtual tours and phone-based follow-up. Coordinate with field agents and the operations team to schedule property visits. Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking within the CRM.
What We're Looking For:

Proven telephone sales or lettings experience (property, B2B, or telesales). Confident communicator and strong closer on the phone. Organised, proactive, and motivated by commission. Clear and professional phone manner. Comfortable learning new systems and handling multiple enquiries at once.
Package:

Base salary: 24,000 - 28,000 per year (depending on experience). Commission: Uncapped Flexible Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm (office-based). Training: Full product and system training provided.
