And we have fun doing it!What you?EUR(TM)ll be doingReporting to our Test Manager, you?EUR(TM)ll be working closely with product owners, implementation engineers, developers and other members of the test team to deliver high quality software solutions.Primarily you will be evaluating the software by creating and running test scripts and exploratory charters as well as reviewing designs to ensure it meets the specifications. Performing cross-browser testing and reporting any issues. You will be expected to work closely with the team to push for quality through the development process, from the creation of the tickets all the way to delivery. You will also represent the test team in Agile ceremonies and provide support and advice to the developers when it comes to unit testing and automation.As we work closely with our clients in order to provide an excellent service there may also be opportunities for site visits too.Requirements:

  • Able to learn new technologies quickly.
  • A passion for learning new skills and how to use new tools.
  • A strong grasp of Agile methodologies and represent the discipline in the various ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Able to coach the team in testing best practices and be an advocate for quality.

Experience & Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of software testing and best practices.
  • Expert knowledge of functional, regression and usability testing.
  • Experience with non-functional testing.
  • Ability to create efficient and effective tests and raise detailed defect reports.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile technologies.
  • ISEB/ISTQB certified.
  • AWS and Amazon Connect experience.
  • Experience in automation tooling.
