About the Role
PageTiger is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Trainer to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training externally to our vast customer base. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilise our software solutions. As part of your role, you would be expected to create engaging content to use as a part of our marketing and enhance external understanding of PageTiger. This content would include but not limited to Webinar style video content and pre-reordered snippets. We require a proactive and adaptable professional who can work with an innovative, highly capable tech-focused workforce.
In addition, the successful candidate will be required to craft high-quality courses within our platform that will become part of PageTiger' s product training offering for our existing global customer base, as well as reaching millions of people. Delivering face-to-face training across the UK and potentially internationally, being a proud and professional advocate for PageTiger.
Key Responsibilities
Create, develop and deliver online technical training programs for PageTiger customers ensuring trainees understand how to use the software effectively to meet their goals.
Create and develop pre-recorded webinars and other short self-service training resources.
Conduct online and on-site face-to-face training sessions with customers and their teams. - typically, UK based but potentially internationally given our global customer base.
Where appropriate, customise training content to meet the specific audience needs/requirements.
Deliver live/virtual seminars at industry events, advocating the power of the PageTiger platform and demonstrating the value it brings to organisations.
Develop internal training programmes to provide efficient and effective onboarding for new starters.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop training strategies to deliver.
Assess all training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and analytics.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate relevant information into training medias.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a training role.
Bachelors Degree prefered
Key Skills and Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail and a sense pride that only permits the delivery of high-quality resources.
The ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner that are relevant to your audience.
Proven experience as a Trainer, preferably within the software industry.
Experience developing training programs and resources including online courses, manuals and presentations.
Creative and innovative.
Basic design skills and a good eye for design.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with trainees and stakeholders.
Familiar with training platforms such as learning management systems (LMS)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to shifting priorities and business requirements.
When required, the ability to travel for on-site training sessions - Typically UK but potentially worldwide.
HR and/or Marketing experience is highly desirable.
Remuneration
32,000 - 38,000 per year, dependent on experience.
