Senior Software Training Specialist - Mar-Tech & Ad-Tech software
My market leading global brand is looking for a Senior Software Training Specialist for their Marketing Product team.
In this hands-on role you will lead and shape how users learn, adopt, and excel with both proprietary and 3rd party marketing & ad-tech software. This will involve designing and delivering training that inspires confidence. Whether it's a hands-on workshop, a self-paced course, or a live session with a global team.
Market sector experience of delivering training in Mar-Tech & Ad-tech software is preferred.
Your work will help bridge the gap between product and people, ensuring every user not only understands how to use our software, but why it makes their work better.
Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering software training or technical education
• Market sector experience of delivering training in Mar-Tech & Ad-tech software
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
• Are passionate about teaching and technology in equal measure
• Enjoy building relationships and earning trust with learners at every skill level
• Are comfortable presenting to groups, both in-person and virtually
• Take initiative, communicate clearly, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
• Believe training should be practical, engaging, and results-driven

Key Duties

• Develop and deliver engaging software training programs for internal teams
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical instruction
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay ahead of new features and updates
• Create resources - videos, guides, workshops - that make learning scalable and enjoyable
• Collect feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods
