Role Summary

We're on the lookout for a

motivated Field Sales Representative

to join our growing team in

Fife

. In this role, you'll help customers take control of their energy use through innovative, proven renewable solutions -- all while building a rewarding career in one of Scotland's fastest-moving industries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients Conduct engaging sales presentations and on-site product demonstrations Negotiate confidently and close deals with professionalism and integrity Deliver exceptional customer care throughout the sales journey Work closely with our marketing team to identify and pursue new leads Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activity Plan and manage your schedule to maximise productivity and performance Track and report sales metrics and progress regularly

What You'll Bring

Proven success in B2B or direct sales (energy, renewables, or home improvements ideal) Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- you know how to connect Solid organisational and time-management abilities A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for sustainability and innovation
