Role Overview:

As a Solar Installation Labourer, you will support the roofer and electrician teams in delivering efficient and safe solar panel installations. You'll assist with lifting, carrying, panel preparation, and general on-site duties, ensuring each job runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist roofers with lifting and positioning solar panels and mounting equipment. Carry and manage materials between vehicles and rooftops. Keep the worksite clean, organised, and safe at all times. Help electricians with passing cables and basic setup tasks under supervision. Load/unload tools, panels, and equipment before and after the job. Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors on site. Respect customer property and maintain a professional attitude at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Physically fit and confident working outdoors and at height (training will be provided). Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn solar installation processes and grow in the role. Previous experience in construction or roofing is a plus, but not required. Ability to follow safety procedures and communicate clearly. CSCS card preferred but not essential. Full UK Driving Licence is a bonus along side owes a vehicle
