Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar Installer to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in various outdoor environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, power tools, and possess a solid understanding of electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Install solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted systems according to specifications and safety standards. Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement for solar installations. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to assemble and install solar equipment. Perform excavation work as needed for ground-mounted systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation or maintenance. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations throughout the installation process.

Requirements

Proven experience with hand tools and power tools is essential. Mechanical knowledge is required; familiarity with electrical systems is highly advantageous. Experience operating an excavator is preferred but not mandatory. Welding skills are a plus, contributing to the overall versatility of the candidate. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required. Pay: 180.00-250.00 per day

Expected hours: 30 per week
