Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of power tools, electrical work, and mechanical skills. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties
- Perform site assessments to determine optimal panel placement and wiring routes
- Install mounting hardware, solar panels, inverters, and other system components
- Connect panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and grounding
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in solar panel installation or related field is preferred
- Proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and wiring techniques
- Mechanical knowledge for mounting panels and connecting components
- Ability to dig trenches for wiring and conduit installation
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
