Join our dynamic team as a Solar PV Installer specializing in commercial rooftop projects! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, wiring, and commissioning photovoltaic solar systems on large-scale commercial roofs. Your expertise will help drive the transition to renewable energy by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality solar installations. Safely install solar panels, mounting structures, and electrical components on commercial rooftops following project specifications and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans. Connect high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical systems in compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) regulations. Use hand tools, power tools, roofing equipment, and other construction tools to complete installations efficiently. Conduct fixture installation, wiring, grounding, and testing of solar systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks such as roofing work, plumbing connections, and electrical hookups. Operate forklifts and other construction machinery safely to transport materials and equipment around the site. Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues using schematics and technical manuals to resolve problems promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Complete all necessary documentation, including installation reports and safety checklists.

Proven experience as a commercial electrician or in electrical construction with knowledge of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) systems. Strong understanding of schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings related to solar PV systems. Familiarity with NEC standards for electrical installations on commercial rooftops. Hands-on experience with fixture installation, wiring, grounding, and electrical testing of solar or similar systems. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, roofing equipment, plumbing tools, and forklifts safely and effectively. Construction site experience with a focus on roofing projects is highly desirable. Knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and best practices for working at heights on rooftops. Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical schematics for complex electrical systems. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse project teams.
