Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about solar energy solutions, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the process of adopting solar technology. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service will be crucial in helping clients make informed decisions about their energy options.

Full training and ongoing support with an immediate start for the right candidate

All appointments are pre-arranged and qualified to ensure a saleable opportunity. We have various ways of funding the customers installation, making it affordable for everyone regardless of their circumstances.

Duties



Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions. Conduct site assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar installations. Present and explain solar products and services clearly and persuasively. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients while ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain an organised database of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in solar technology. Provide ongoing support to customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Qualifications



Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information simply. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in IT tools and software for managing customer relationships and data tracking. A valid driving licence is required for travel to client locations. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay: 35,000.00-60,000.00 per year
