DLBEC ltd are an Electrical Contractors and Solar Renewable Company based in the Norfolk and Midland regions, who are looking to expand their footprint across England. Due to the rise in energy prices, DLBEC are targeting Solar Specific customers to advice them of best practice to maximum their Solar output by installing new equipment whilst reducing their energy costs.
The ideal Candidate will be attending pre booked targeted customer appointments.
DLBEC handle the customer in full cycle form first point of contact to aftercare once installed.
The Solar Sales Engineer role comes with a combination of a guaranteed salary and an uncapped commission scheme. Typically, Solar Sales Engineer earn between

60k
OTE in their first year, and our top performers can earn in excess of
100k
OTE.

Sales Executive key responsibilities:
Visiting pre-booked appointments
Converting warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach
Creating your own sales opportunities
Building a portfolio of long-term relationships with your customers and generating referrals from existing clientele
In this flexible Sales Engineer job, you will be converting warm leads from our call centre into a sale and generating new business leads while maintaining long-lasting and meaningful customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on meeting potential customers at their properties, introducing them to DLBEC, showcasing our award-winning products, and generating new sales.
Previous experience in sales is desirable but not essential.
Full training will be provided
. Vital requirements include a professional and customer service focused attitude, a passion for sales, and good communication skills. You also must have a
full manual driving licence
and
access to a vehicle
for the first few months.
