We are a Solar PV company based in Croydon, South London who has enjoyed continual success year after year. The team have achieved this through its market leading services, combined with the excellent program in place and the support offered from a talented and experienced management team. As a result of this success, the company is recruiting for a Trainee Sales Manager to assist the Sales Director in the upcoming expansion. The right candidate MUST HAVE sales experience in Solar PV and Battery storage,

must have experience in direct sales.

This is essential to applying for this role. The nature of the role is assist in closing, sweeping and chasing business from a desk in the Croydon Branch to a designated region of the UK.

The successful candidate will focus on Solar PV division, must have previous face to face , B2C sales skills, your experience can come from a wide range of backgrounds including Solar Energy, Home improvements, B2C Telesales, face to face sales to name a few, along with your natural sales talent, attitude and hard work.

You will be responsible for but not limited to;

Closing Business for sales reps Nurturing a sales team to improve performance Building a pipeline of customers Manage the logistics of your sales Experience of direct sales management preferred Ensuring sales targets are achieved via face to face sales if necessary, telephone canvassing and networking in the sector Working with sales directors and project managers on a regular basis Leasing with the marketing department to improve lead generation Expand the sales operation to a national level
If you must have:

Natural Sales ability with Home Energy improvements Be an expert at closing business for the team. Character, you will be a positive, motivating and inspiring character Drive, self driven person who thrives on your own success Determination to succeed Determination to build the best sales force in the country Full UK driving license and own vehicle
If you have a good knowledge of Solar PV and battery storage , can close to warm qualified leads, then we would like to hear from you.

Furthermore, we have a stress free pay structure with uncapped commission.... realistic OTE of 50,000-75,000 per annum with is easily achievable with training .
