Eco Funding For Homes is seeking an energetic and results-driven
Solar Surveyor / Sales Specialist
to conduct property surveys, generate new business, manage the full sales process, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys building their own pipeline while working with qualified leads.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out site surveys for solar installations, proactively bringing new business into the company, and managing the customer journey from initial assessment through to final sale. Surveys will be scheduled via an electronic diary, but the role also rewards initiative and self-generated opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed property surveys to assess suitability for solar installations
Proactively generate new business through self-sourced leads, referrals, and local networking
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and recommend tailored solutions
Manage the full sales journey from survey to completion
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate records of surveys, sales, and follow-up communications
Provide excellent aftercare and customer service
Represent Eco Funding For Homes as a professional and knowledgeable brand ambassador
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in the solar or renewable energy sector (preferred)
A strong sales mindset with the ability to generate and close new business
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
High attention to detail with the ability to accurately assess properties
Computer literate and quick to learn new systems
Full UK driving licence (essential)
