We're looking to recruit a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor/Associate (1-5 PQE) to join our market leading Real Estate Litigation team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You'll be at the forefront of providing strategic commercial advice on a wide variety of Real Estate disputes, helping us develop and maintain our market-leading position.

You'll be hands-on with a diverse range of clients - from small local businesses to large international organisations - regularly communicating and building relationships. Your role will include drafting and appearance work in litigation and arbitration, including boundary/title disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, and development disputes. You'll also assist in negotiation and mediation, instruction of counsel, and project management of cases. There will also be an opportunity to work with our general commercial litigation partners.
