Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced and driven Personal Injury Solicitor who is ready to take the next step -- whether that's moving into a leadership role for the first time or bringing existing Senior Associate / Partner-level expertise to a new and exciting practice.



You'll bring:


Extensive expertise in all areas of personal injury law and a proven track record of successfully running complex and high-value caseloads. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the drive to support and grow a thriving team. Business development experience and the commercial mindset to build new client relationships and drive growth in Swansea and beyond. What You'll Be Doing

Based in our Gloucester offices -- with flexible hours and hybrid-working options -- you'll take a hands-on leadership role across our Personal Injury practice. Specifically, you will:


Lead and manage a diverse caseload of complex Personal Injury claims, from inception to settlement or trial. Mentor, motivate, and grow a high-performing team of lawyers and legal assistants -- setting the tone for excellence. Cultivate and expand new and existing client relationships, helping to raise Redkite's profile and drive business across the region. Develop strategy alongside other senior leaders, shaping the future of the Personal Injury team and contributing to firmwide decisions. Deliver personal, practical legal advice to clients, with the backing of Redkite's central services -- so you can focus on what you do best.
