We are seeking a motivated and professional Solicitor to join our Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) department. This role is ideal for a solicitor looking to develop specialist expertise, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while also assisting senior solicitors and working collaboratively as part of a supportive legal team to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
Responsibilities
Assist senior solicitors in the handling of Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims.
Manage a caseload of NIHL matters under supervision where appropriate.
Draft, review, and prepare legal documentation including claims, correspondence, and settlement agreements.
Provide clear and professional legal advice to clients throughout the claims process.
Liaise with clients, medical experts, insurers, and opposing parties in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct legal and factual research relevant to NIHL claims and applicable legislation.
Support the team with case preparation, evidence gathering, and progression of matters.
Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and excellent client outcomes.

Experience & Training
No previous NIHL experience required -- comprehensive training and mentoring will be provided.
