We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills. This role is pivotal in providing legal advice, representing clients in various legal matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Duties

Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of issues, including contract law, property law, and family law. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. Conduct thorough research on legal precedents and case law to support client cases. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress. Liaise with other professionals, such as barristers and financial advisors, to provide comprehensive legal support. Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal practices to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

A qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential for newly qualified solicitors.
