Solicitor - Civil and Commercial Litigation

Location: EC1, London | Competitive Salary | Full-Time | Progression to Partnership Available

We are an ambitious and collaborative law firm based in EC1, London, and we are looking to welcome a solicitor with a least a years' post qualification experience into our civil and commercial litigation team.

The Role

You will be handling a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, both independently and alongside senior colleagues. This includes contract disputes, debt enforcement, landlord and tenant matters, and insolvency-related litigation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing your own caseload of litigation matters Advising clients and representing their interests from start to finish Supporting directors on complex or high-value claims Helping shape the future of the litigation team through your input and ideas Contributing to the wider growth and direction of the firm

What We're Looking For

Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation Strong legal and procedural knowledge, with sound judgment and attention to detail Proactive, commercially aware, and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team Comfortable building relationships with clients and colleagues alike Someone who values being part of a close team, with a collaborative and ethical approach to their work A small client following or network would be advantageous, though not essential

Pay: 42,000.00-120,000.00 per year
